Universities, Colleges and Schools

I’m a solution-focused coach working in universities, colleges and schools. I support students during moments of transition, helping them build the confidence, clarity and resilience they need to move forward.

Some sessions focus on careers and employability. These are designed to help students identify roles that align with their interests and strengths, and to ready themselves for the job market. Others use theatremaking and performance strategies to develop skills and mindsets that strengthen resilience and self-belief.

I offer one-to-one coaching, group coaching and practical theatre-based workshops with integrated group coaching.

If you’re curious about how this approach might support your students, the following pages offer more detail about the different ways we could work together.

01 /// Confidence. Careers. Creative Futures.

You're looking for practical, empowering support that helps students take charge of their future, even when it feels uncertain.

  • Help students recognise what is already working and build on their existing strengths

  • Shift the focus from problems to possibilities, guiding students to take small, manageable steps toward their goals

  • Demystify the job market through clear guidance on CVs, cover letters, applications and more

  • Use theatre-based strategies including clown, mask, improvisation and stand-up comedy to explore presence, voice and personal agency

02 /// Courage. Creativity. Change.

You're looking for a creative, purposeful workshop that will help your students develop the emotional agility and self-awareness they need to thrive — in drama, education, and life.

  • Build the emotional skills needed to stay calm, focused, and connected under pressure

  • Practise confidence and persistence through play, risk, and rehearsal

  • Learn to reframe mistakes and navigate challenge with flexibility and care

  • Use theatre and performance to explore resilience physically, socially, and imaginatively

It was a bold workshop, and Adam’s natural ability to connect with the students and create a safe space to play enabled everyone involved to reflect on how our failures help us grow.
