For years, my career has been shaped by creativity, education, and transformation. I started as a performer and theatre-maker, using the arts to inspire and even working in UK prisons to support rehabilitation. Later, I transitioned into higher education, becoming a lecturer, course leader, and eventually Head of Department. Throughout it all, one thing remained constant: helping people grow, step into new roles and find their voice.

Now, as a person-centred coach, I work with creatives, educators, and mid-career professionals who are stepping into leadership or navigating career transitions.
